Key Responsibilities Proactively source, recruit, and convert clinical experts into long-term Content Partners Manage the scheduling and orchestration of webinars and live events, ensuring high-quality instructor alignment Serve as the primary liaison for instructors, providing support and maintaining relationships throughout the partnership lifecycle Required Qualifications Associate degree required (Bachelor's degree preferred) in Business, Healthcare Administration, Communications, or a related field 2+ years of experience in talent recruitment, partner management, or clinical relationship building Proven expertise in candidate sourcing and building professional networks Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage complex scheduling Knowledge of contract terminology and ability to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
