Job Summary Thermal Building Solutions, LLC is a small business with plenty of room for growth.We are engaging and innovative.Thermal Building Solutions strives off of its core values:respect, process, clear communication.The owners will treat you with the respect that you deserve and the process for each job will be laid out and communicated thoroughly.Thermal Building Solutions is looking for an insulation crew leader that is responsible for installing insulation, supervising employees, and maintaining equipment.This role ensures projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to company quality standards.The crew leader serves as the primary point of contact on-site and managing team productivity and ensuring customer satisfaction.The work for this role includes, but is not limited to:Spraying open and closed cell foam.Scraping and cleaning stud faces.Trimming excess foam or cellulose.installing vent baffles and/or installing blown cellulose.Installing fiberglass/mineral wool batts.Setting up, tearing down, and cleaning equipment.Masking off windows, doors, floors, etc.Cleaning up upon job completion.Driving, maneuvering, and backing up a truck and trailer.Join our team as an Insulation Crew Leader where your expertise will directly impact the success of quality insulation projects!.We value energetic leaders who thrive on teamwork and continuous improvement.If you're ready to lead by example in a fun annd growing insulation company--apply today!
