Insulation Installer/Crew Leader

Position Description:Turn Cycle Solutions is seeking an experienced insulation installer/crew leader.This person must be organized, well skilled in all aspects of insulation installations.The ideal candidate will have experience working for a company that does NHSaves or MassSaves weatherization work.We are looking to hire an individual who wants to play a key role in the company and have a long career.Compensation is based on experience and certifications; we are looking for individuals who want the opportunity for increased earning and growth potential in the company.We offer very competitive hourly wages, health insurance, and a retirement plan with a company match.Our jobs are located primarily in the Southern NH area.Our crews consist of a lead and two other installers; we will add additional crew support as needed for larger projects.We use Cool Machines for our medium size blowing machines/truck and a PTO machine when needed or preferred.Project work may include but is not limited to:Air sealing Proper vents Attic and wall blown in Batting Weather stripping of doors Duration:40hours a week guaranteed, paid vacation and paid sick time other benefits to be determined for right candidate.Qualifications and Experience Required:Working knowledge of insulation blowing machine Familiar with blown cellulose and fiberglass insulation Air sealing techniques General carpentry skills 3years experience required Have active license with minimal drive infractions Be able to pass criminal background check Work 7:30am- 4:30pm daily and additional hours as required Good work ethic, Can do attitude, Do the right thing even when no one is watching Punctual arrival and departure from site Tidy appearance Able to understand verbal and written instructions.Ability to lift over 50lbs Able to organize assigned tasks, for completion alone or with help.Ability to work independently and solve problems with minimal supervision.BPI Certification preferred Job Type:Full-time Pay:$25.00 - $30.00 per hour Benefits:401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Retirement plan Vision insurance Work Location:In person.
