Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target new business opportunities within assigned territories Conduct outside sales activities including cold calling, lead generation, product demonstrations, and face-to-face client meetings Manage existing accounts through ongoing communication, upselling, and ensuring customer satisfaction Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and utilizing CRM software for lead tracking and follow-up Present technical product information clearly and confidently to clients, showcasing the benefits of insulation solutions Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals effectively while maintaining profitability Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies that increase brand awareness and drive sales growth Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and territory insights using CRM tools like Salesforce Provide ongoing customer support post-sale to foster long-term relationships and repeat business Skills Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales within the insulation or related industries Strong management skills with the ability to handle territory management and account oversight effectively Expertise in business development strategies including lead generation and direct sales approaches Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce for tracking prospects, managing contacts, and analyzing sales data Excellent negotiation skills coupled with a customer-focused approach to service delivery Ability to conduct engaging product demos and presentations that highlight technical features and benefits Skilled in marketing tactics, inside sales techniques, cold calling, and upselling strategies Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market trends and develop actionable insights for growth opportunities Effective communication skills for building rapport with clients across diverse industries including retail, manufacturing, or construction sectors Embark on a rewarding career path where your proactive approach fuels growth!
