Job Description
As a sales representative at Founders Insulation, you will be responsible for selling insulation services to homeowners.As a rep, you will help build the client list, sales revenue, and back the company on standards, quality, and professionalism.A successful sales rep will have creative lead-generating techniques and will drive to exceed sales goals.You will use your strong communication and selling skills to present innovative solutions to prospective customers.Responsibilities:Provides reliable, high quality customer support.Performs customer instruction on spray foam application and functionality.Organizes and utilizes technical resources, information, material, and support to ensure efficient execution of assigned tasks.Must have a strong work ethic.Must be detail oriented.Meet work standards by following production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards.Monitor and review all work orders to ensure customer expectations are met.Maintain constant communication between all departments on current workorders.Ensure customer needs are met in a timely manner.Manage and maintain daily reporting.Answering new and existing customers phone calls while following sales processes Required Qualifications:Must have three or more years of experience in customer service/sales.Must have one or more years of experience working in insulation, home performance, or a related customer service field Must have a valid driver's license Very detail oriented, organized, and can keep efficient notes and records Excellent written and verbal communication skills including and understanding of basic grammar and writing.High energy, positive attitude, and forward thinking Strong team player and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment Meet or exceed sales goals Preferred Qualifications:Must have a working knowledge of CRM programs Must be able to demonstrate willingness to be flexible and adapt to change Ability to follow policy and procedures Must be able to resolve problems, handle conflict, and make effective decisions under pressure.Strong working knowledge of common computer software including but not limited to:MS Outlook, word, excel While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit for long periods of time while occasionally out in the field knocking on doors and engaging with business owners.Job Type:Full-time Pay:$70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year Benefits:Company car Health insurance Paid time off Professional development assistance Vision insurance People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Work Location:In person.
