Looking for a positive, caring, energetic individual to help our customers in our small Avon office. We are a small group of employees who like to get their work done, and have comaraderie and fun along the way. This position is unique in that it not only helps address service needs for our customers, but also provides opportunities to help market and sell our insurance products RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals. Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day. Work alongside your agency's team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.
