Within the Insurance Account Position, your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to communicate directly with clients, through value-based conversations, you will identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value. You may also assist in developing strategies and establishing goals for our agency. RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop leads, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. Use a customer-focused and needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options. Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed. QUALIFICATIONS: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
