Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

Job Title As a licensed insurance agent for The James Purcell Insurance Agency Inc., you are helping customers protect their assets: cars, homes, businesses, lifestyle, etc. This is a hybrid position for sales and service. Base salary is $50k plus commissions. Leads are generated through direct mail, digital marketing, referrals, and existing customers. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-starter and goal oriented. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Technical skills Problem solving skills Persuasive Coachable Licensed in P&C a must Licensed in Life & Health a must Prior State Farm experience and bi-lingual is a plus! Responsibilities Provide information about insurance products and services. Assist clients with policy applications and renewals. Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses. Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
