RESPONSIBILITIES: Reach monthly appointment goals Develop sales leads and follow ups Provide information about insurance products and services. Assist clients with policy applications and renewals. Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses. Maintain accurate records of client interactions. Assist taking payments in office as well as over the phone QUALIFICATIONS: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Experience in customer service. Must have Illinois State Insurance License, or willing to get licensed before starting.
