Responsibilities Identify and Open: Find new business prospects and secure commitments to establish new client accounts. Consult: Guide potential customers through informed decisions regarding voluntary benefits and financial protection. Collaborate: Work alongside our enrollment and onboarding specialists to ensure a seamless transition for your new clients. Qualifications Previous sales experience is preferred but not required—we value character and coachability above all else. Required Skills The Hustle: You are a results-driven, self-motivated team player with a competitive spirit. Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills. (Bilingual Spanish/English is a major plus!) Tech-Forward: You are comfortable embracing technology and managing your business effectively in a hybrid environment. Preferred Skills Experience: Previous sales experience is preferred but not required—we value character and coachability above all else.
