Collaborate with a small, seasoned team in a professional office environment. We are currently seeking a Property and Casualty Insurance Agent/CSR in Jackson, Michigan. This is a full-time, on-site position focused on servicing existing clients, providing quotes for new business, and closing warm inbound prospects. Cold calling is not a requirement for this role. Key Responsibilities Provide service for personal lines insurance accounts Quote, rate, and bind Property and Casualty insurance policies Handle inbound leads and new business opportunities Effectively cross-sell and upsell appropriate insurance coverage Maintain accurate client records, policy documentation, and CRM data Qualifications Preference for candidates with a Michigan Property and Casualty Insurance License Training and licensing provided for qualified individuals Minimum of 1 year of experience in insurance Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills Detail-oriented and self-motivated professional Availability to work on-site Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5 PM Successful completion of a background check Compensation and Benefits Competitive base salary ranging from $45,000 to $65,000, with additional bonus and commission opportunities Employer match for Simple IRA contributions Contribution towards health insurance Paid time off and holidays after the initial 90 days of employment Steady flow of inbound leads and an established client base If you are a driven insurance professional seeking to enhance your earnings and thrive in a stable, high-retention agency environment, this position is ideal for you.
