About MEI Group MEI Group USA is a Dallas-Fort Worth-based organization with over 30 years of experience in automotive, finance, technology, insurance, and real estate.Our operations include nine Buy Here Pay Here dealerships and MEI Auto Finance, offering customers an integrated vehicle purchasing and financing experience.With over 300 employees, we are proud to deliver innovative, customer-first solutions across every stage of the ownership lifecycle.Position Overview MEI is hiring a detail-oriented Insurance and CPI Compliance Clerk to ensure all vehicles in MEI's portfolio maintain proper insurance coverage.This role protects company assets by tracking policy expirations, verifying coverage, and enforcing CPI placement according to MEI's policy.Duties and Responsibilities Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued.Monitor insurance coverage on all Active Accounts Track and follow up on expiring or cancelled policies Review insurance declaration pages for accuracy (VIN, lien holder, coverages, dates) Communicate with borrowers and insurance agents Place and remove CPI coverage as required by MEI Maintain accurate documentation and reports Qualifications Strong attention to detail Able to handle high call volume Organized with excellent follow-through Must possess the ability to enforce company policy Professional communication skills Ability to manage deadlines and multiple accounts 1-2 years working in an Office Environment Position Type:Full-time Work Location:On-site Schedule:Monday-Friday, occasional Saturday if needed Position Type:Full-time Compensation:$16 to $18 per hour (depending on experience) Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance Short- and Long-Term Disability 401(k) with company match Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid Holidays Perks Access to a fully equipped on-site gym at our corporate office in Arlington Why Join MEI Group?
