Insurance Coverage Attorney | New York | Hybrid upto $250K Base The firm is seeking an Insurance Coverage Attorney to join its New York office, open to both Associate and Of Counsel level candidates. This role offers substantial responsibility, direct client interaction, and the opportunity to work on complex, high-stakes coverage matters alongside experienced litigators. Responsibilities Handle all phases of insurance coverage litigation and counseling matters Analyze and interpret complex insurance policies and coverage issues Draft coverage opinions, dispositive motions, and substantive legal briefs Manage discovery, depositions, and motion practice in complex litigation matters Communicate directly with clients, carriers, and opposing counsel Collaborate with partners on litigation strategy and case development Qualifications Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills Experience handling insurance coverage and related litigation matters Background in complex commercial litigation is a plus Licensed and in good standing in New York Open to mid-level associates and experienced Of Counsel candidates Compensation & Benefits The annual salary for this position is between $140,000 – $220,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
