The Role You will handle a variety of insurance defense matters, including: General liability and complex tort litigation Catastrophic injury cases (auto, trucking, premises) Coverage and construction-related matters Drafting motions, pleadings, and legal strategy Depositions, hearings, and trial preparation You will work closely with experienced partners, gaining hands-on exposure to high-value litigation.
