Location: Dallas, Texas Salary: $130,000 – $180,000 depending on experience Schedule: Primarily onsite with some flexibility A well-established litigation firm with multiple offices across Texas and California is seeking Insurance Defense / Insurance Coverage Associates to join its Dallas office. The firm has built a strong reputation for handling complex defense matters across industries including insurance, healthcare, and construction, while maintaining a supportive and lifestyle-focused firm culture. The Role You will handle a range of defense litigation matters, including: Insurance coverage disputes Personal injury defense Medical malpractice defense Construction defect litigation Premises liability and related civil litigation matters Associates will work closely with experienced litigators on complex cases and have opportunities to develop courtroom experience and build their own practice over time.
