Insurance & Financial Services Professional

We are looking for a driven professional to join our team. This role is a perfect blend of sales and customer service. You will focus on building relationships with new clients while providing excellent care to ensure they have the right insurance coverage to protect what matters most. Responsibilities Outreach & Sales: Connect with potential clients to grow our customer base. Consultative Service: Listen to clients' needs, evaluate their situations, and recommend the best insurance options for them. Clear Communication: Explain policy features clearly, answer questions, and confidently negotiate terms to finalize agreements. Client Support: Provide exceptional, ongoing customer service to ensure long-term satisfaction and trust. Administration: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, follow-ups, and sales progress using our CRM system. Qualifications Experience: Background in sales, retail, or customer service environments. Key Skills: Strong communication and active listening skills, with a genuine desire to help people. Technical Literacy: Comfortable using basic computer systems and software to track leads and manage customer information. Preferred Extras: Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly preferred.
