Position Overview Role: Insurance Test Prep Instructor Structure: Part Time Employee Schedule: Minimum 4 instructional days/month (2-day intensive courses) Growth Potential: Additional sessions based on demand and performance Compensation: Per Session ### What You'll Do Lead 2-day intensive insurance exam prep courses Break down technical material into clear, engaging, and practical instruction Create a supportive, adult-centered learning environment Adapt teaching style to meet diverse learner needs and backgrounds Motivate students to retain information and pass their exams with confidence What We're Looking For Proven ability to teach, train, or present Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics A teaching style rooted in dignity, respect, and encouragement for adult learners Comfortable facilitating both in-person and/or virtual sessions Self-motivated and dependable--This is a must !
