Your goal will be to acquire new clients for the Hert Insurance Agency by selling Auto, Home, Renters, and life insurance policies to leads and call in prospects.What is the opportunity? This position has a base salary and no limit on commission.The agency provides high quality leads daily as well as broader marketing channels for your benefit.We have clear sales systems and training courses.We have free access to licensing materials and will provide everything you need to do your job well.My belief is that clarity is kindness in a working relationship.If I expect you to do something, it will be defined in your job contract.Salary Range:$2,750.00 - $5,550.00 per month Benefits Monthly Base Salary Commission Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Mon-Fri Schedule Flexible Schedule Hands on Training Career Growth Opportunities Requirements What do you need to be? Licensed - You need to be licensed or willing to get licensed (We can provide the licensing courses if needed) Positive - I need you to believe you can succeed and try hard even when you feel like you are going to fail.A bummer vibe sucks for the office.Coachable - If you take criticism too personally then you wont work here.Basic Tech Skills - Typing, Copy, paste, Word, Google docs, Basic CRM knowledge etc.Communication - Can you text good? What about tell a story with a beginning middle and end?
