Job Description
Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and develop our insurance sales team.This leadership role is responsible for driving revenue growth, coaching team members to achieve performance goals, and contributing directly to the strategic expansion of the agency.The ideal candidate is a motivated leader with a proven record of sales success, strong mentoring abilities, and a deep understanding of customer relationship management within the insurance industry.Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership & Development Oversee daily sales operations and ensure alignment with monthly and annual performance goals Coach, mentor, and motivate sales representatives to maximize productivity and professional growth Monitor performance metrics and implement improvement plans as needed Sales Strategy & Execution Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive new business and client retention Identify emerging market trends and growth opportunities Maintain high personal production standards while leading by example Client Relationship Management Build and maintain long-term client relationships through a consultative sales approach Ensure exceptional customer service and retention practices Reporting & Accountability Provide regular performance reports to the Agent/Owner Track individual and team sales to ensure agency goal attainment Qualifications Proven experience meeting or exceeding sales targets Minimum 1 year of sales experience (required) Minimum 1 year of management or leadership experience (required) Bilingual:Fluent in Spanish and English (required) Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills Solid understanding of insurance products and competitive market positioning High School Diploma or equivalent (required) Life Insurance License (preferred) Property & Casualty License (preferred) must be able to attain license within a month of hire Compensation & Benefits We offer a competitive compensation structure designed to reward performance:Competitive base hourly pay Monthly commission based on individual and team performance Tiered quarterly and annual bonus opportunities Paid time off Note:This position includes a 90-day introductory period to ensure mutual fit.Job Type:Full-time Pay:$50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Benefits:Paid time off Education:High school or equivalent (Required) Experience:Sales Experience:1 year (Required) Management:1 year (Required) Language:Spanish (Required) License/Certification:Life Insurance License (Preferred) Property & Casualty License (Preferred) Work Location:In person.
