The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting clients in selecting the best products to meet their needs.This position is 100% commission-based and requires the stamina to cold call (lead generation and management tool provided), drive to/attend client meetings, and present yourself in a professional manner.Although this is a commission structured position, you will be fully supported in establishing your career with full training and ongoing support from your manager.This is an independent contractor position which allows you the opportunity to be in business for yourself, but not by yourself.Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and customer service.Conduct outside sales activities to generate new business and expand existing accounts.Analyze clients' insurance needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their requirements.Negotiate policy terms and conditions with clients to ensure satisfaction.Assist clients with benefits administration and provide guidance on various insurance products.Perform telemarketing activities to reach potential customers Collaborate with team members on marketing strategies to enhance visibility and attract new clients.Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and policy renewals.Skills/Experience Required:Outgoing Self Motivated Team player Proficient in sales administration tasks, ensuring organized management of client accounts.Ability to assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.Strong communication skills to convey information clearly and persuasively.Familiarity with marketing principles to effectively promote services.Knowledge of client confidentiality is essential.Experience in customer service roles that emphasize relationship building.Benefits:Flexible Schedule - Work from home Dental insurance Accident/Critical Illness Life Insurance Disability insurance Vision insurance Supplemental Pay:Bonus opportunities!
