🚀 Insurance Trainer – Join a High-Growth Team (On-Site in Ontario, CA) We’re looking for a high-energy Insurance Trainer who is passionate about developing people and driving results. This is a full-time, on-site role in Ontario, CA , where you’ll play a key role in shaping the performance of our sales team by building, training, and coaching top talent. What You’ll Do: Design and deliver engaging training programs for new hires and existing team members Lead onboarding processes to ensure fast ramp-up and strong performance Monitor team progress, identify gaps, and implement improvement strategies Create training materials, scripts, and resources that drive real results Conduct skills assessments and provide hands-on coaching Keep the team aligned with industry regulations and company standards What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in insurance (REQUIRED) Previous experience in training, coaching, or teaching (REQUIRED) Strong communication skills — you can simplify complex concepts and motivate others Ability to coach, mentor, and push people to perform at a higher level Highly organized with strong time management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and training tools/platforms Bonus Points If You: Have experience training sales teams Thrive in fast-paced, performance-driven environments Bring energy, structure, and leadership to everything you do Important: This is an on-site position in Ontario, CA — candidates must be able to work in person
