Intake Counselor Miami, FL | Full-Time | Bilingual English/SpanishWe re looking for a compassionate and organized Intake Counselor to serve as the first point of contact for individuals and families seeking services. This role involves conducting intake and assessment interviews (phone and in-person), providing - information and referrals to community resources, and supporting clients with empathy and professionalism.Key Responsibilities: Conduct initial client assessments and determine appropriate services or referrals- Provide accurate information, guidance, and linkage to programs- Maintain thorough and confidential documentation in the agency system- Collaborate with internal teams and participate in community outreachQualifications: Bachelor s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Human Services, or related field (Master s preferred)- 3+ years experience in social services, behavioral health, or community outreach- Strong communication skills, cultural sensitivity, and ability to manage multiple priorities- Bilingual English/Spanish required- Must have a valid Florida driver s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel within Miami-Dade CountyThis is a temp-to-perm opportunity with Monday Thursday 8am 5pm, Friday 8am 4pm.
