Now hiring a full-time Intake Nurse (9am-5pm) for our residential facility in South Bend, Indiana! What You'll Do Manage complete medical intake process to ensure a seamless transition into treatment Complete all nursing shift duties (vitals, drug screens, scheduling appts and lab work etc.) Coordinate pharmacy and prescription needs, dispense medication, and keep accurate med logs Collaborate with extended medical, clinical and UR teams for total coordination of care Ensure complete, timely and accurate medical documentation for each client What We're Looking For Current RN licensure necessary to practice in-state, or compact licensure with multistate privileges Experience in substance use disorder (SUD) and/or behavioral health settings strongly preferred, with demonstrated understanding of recovery-oriented care and patient-centered support. Strong written and oral communication skills Detail-oriented, withy ability to multitask and work efficiently Compassionate and dignified character which models recovery principles Why Join Us?
