We are a growing law firm gaining traction in the Colorado construction defect market and are looking for someone excited to grow alongside us. We are building a modern plaintiff-side litigation practice from the ground up and are seeking a motivated professional who wants to be part of that growth. Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized, personable, and motivated Intake Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, communicating with people during stressful situations, and helping guide potential clients through the intake process with empathy and professionalism. The ideal candidate is proactive, tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and excited about contributing to the growth of a modern law firm. This is not simply a receptionist position. We are looking for someone who takes ownership of the intake process and helps create an exceptional client experience from the very first interaction. This is a hybrid position based in the Denver metro area, with most work performed remotely. Responsibilities Manage inbound leads and prospective client communications by phone, email, text, and web inquiry Conduct initial client intake calls and gather relevant case information Maintain and update client records within Lawmatics and Clio Schedule consultations and assist with attorney calendaring Identify and organize relevant documents, photos, contracts, insurance information, and defect-related materials Follow up with prospective clients and maintain consistent communication throughout the intake process Assist with client onboarding and engagement documentation Help improve and streamline intake workflows and client communication systems Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure a smooth transition from intake to active representation Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to communicate professionally and empathetically with clients Comfortable working independently in a hybrid/remote environment Strong technology skills and ability to learn new systems quickly Experience with Lawmatics and/or Clio is strongly preferred Prior legal intake, customer service, or consultative sales experience preferred Familiarity with construction defect or property-related legal matters is a plus, but not required Self-starter mentality with a desire to grow professionally alongside a growing law firm Commitment to professionalism, responsiveness, and client confidentiality Compensation & Benefits Compensation range: $26–$32 per hour, depending on experience Performance-based bonus opportunities Flexible hybrid work environment Paid time off and holidays Opportunity for advancement as the firm grows Additional Information This position may begin on a part-time or reduced-hour basis and transition into a full-time role depending on performance, firm needs, and growth.
