Job Overview Integrity Lawncare is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lawn and Landscape Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality lawn care, landscape maintenance, and hardscape services that enhance the beauty and health of our clients’ outdoor spaces. Your expertise in using hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment will ensure every project meets our standards of excellence. Duties Perform lawn mowing, edging, trimming, and fertilization to maintain healthy turf and vibrant gardens Execute landscape maintenance tasks including planting, pruning, mulching, and soil preparation Operate a variety of hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery such as excavators for landscape installation and hardscape projects Assist with irrigation system installation, repair, and maintenance to ensure optimal watering efficiency Conduct tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and removal with proper safety procedures Maintain cleanliness of work sites by removing debris, weeds, and ensuring safety standards are met Support snow plowing operations during winter months to keep properties accessible and safe during inclement weather Experience Prior experience in lawn care, landscaping, or horticulture is highly preferred Mechanical knowledge related to operating and maintaining landscaping equipment and power tools Familiarity with landscape construction techniques including hardscape installation such as patios or walkways Knowledge of tree care practices including trimming and pruning techniques Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards Experience with irrigation systems, gardening practices, and snow plowing is a plus Strong communication skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions for complex projects Join us at Integrity Lawncare where your passion for outdoor work meets a team dedicated to excellence!
