Bekiares Eliezer LLP (Founders Legal ® ) seeks an Intellectual Property Litigation Associate with 3+ years of litigation experience, preferably with exposure to copyright and/or trademark litigation. The position will focus on assisting in all aspects of litigation, including drafting complaints, discovery, motion practice, and assisting at trial. Candidate must have excellent writing, communication, and people skills, plus excellent time management skills, and be effective at working both independently and on project teams. We are always looking to develop our associates into partners and you will be fully integrated into our litigation matters from day one with significant client contact. The position will also likely include integration into our trademark and copyright prosecution matters which affords our associates the opportunity to become intellectual property experts. Founders Legal ® is based in Atlanta, GA, although the position offers remote working flexibility. Requirements · 3+ years of experience in the disciplines referenced above. · JD from a US accredited law school (with journal experience and/or moot court/mock trial experience a plus). · Admitted to practice, and in good standing with the State Bar (State of Georgia preferred). · One foreign language is a plus (with Spanish or Mandarin preferred). · Excellent analytical, oral, and writing skills and attention to detail. · Flexibility to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. · Must have the highest level of personal integrity, client confidentiality, and adherence to ethical standards. · Must be a fast learner who is capable of quickly understanding and internalizing new information, systems, processes, and procedures. · Must be comfortable with using and adopting new software tools and technology generally. · Must have the ability, dedication, and capacity to work remotely.
