Intelligence Analyst (Unmanned Aircraft Systems)

P3MS has a current opening for a Weapons Intelligence Analyst at Fort Bragg, NC who will focus on Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS).The successful candidate will have strong writing skills with the proven ability to produce reports that meet intelligence community standards for analytic products.The focus is on UAS capabilities, limitations, and tactics to support research and development of countermeasure systems.Must be able to perform thorough all-source intelligence research and analysis to produce logical and defensible intelligence assessments that conform to applicable Intelligence Community Directives.These assessments focus on system characteristics which result in comprehensive reports, briefings, and other finished products.The position routinely examines and analyzes all relevant threat information from multiple organizations and databases to evaluate the production, employment, and concept of operations for a given system.Strong communication, briefing, and writing skills are required, especially the ability to convey technical information to a non-technical audience.Qualifications:Clearance:Must have an active TS (SCI preferred) to be considered for this position.A relevant BA/BS degree and 8years of experience following and implementing Intelligence Community procedures and practices (or AA/AS degree and 10years of experience).More than 2years of experience providing intelligence analysis of threat systems, such as unmanned systems, improvised explosive devices, and/or other asymmetric threats.Knowledge and expertise in technical evaluation and assessment of the configuration and capabilities of unmanned systems and their tactics for different mission profiles.Ability to dialogue with engineering exploitation centers at both CONUS and OCONUS locations in reference to new and emerging threat technologies.Thorough understanding and experience using a variety of different intel databases.Experience with open-source methodologies.Familiarity with a variety of writing styles.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience analyzing UAS platforms is highly desirable but not required.Experience in, or supporting the SOF community, is preferred.Job Type:Full-time Pay:$88,000.00 - $106,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) matching Dental insurance Disability insurance Flexible spending account Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Experience: Intel Analyst:8 years (Preferred) Threat System Analysis:2 years (Preferred) Special Operations:2 years (Preferred) Security clearance: Top Secret (Preferred) Ability to Relocate: Fort Bragg, NC 28307:Relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location:In person.
