Shift: 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM Experience: 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months. 24 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience with 12 months worked in the last 3 years. Requirements Candidates must have a Texas license or compact license (required after submission). This role may require floating to additional units and locations • Local & travel allowed. COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted. 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - (TX) CommonSpirit Health and no current placement allowed at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - (TX) CommonSpirit Health. 12 months gap required between for Per Diem at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - (TX) CommonSpirit Health and no current placement allowed at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - (TX) CommonSpirit Health. Required Credentials Basic Dysrhythmia/EKG exam required during onboarding. Special Requests Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained. Cannot have worked at any CommonSpirit location within the last 12 months. No previous employment allowed at this facility. Cannot apply to more than one job order on the same unit and shift at the facility. Scheduling is by manager; block scheduling cannot be guaranteed. Unit Details: Common diagnoses/patient population: CHF, diabetes, PNA, CKD, Med/Surg Tele. Telemetry monitor techs monitor patients; RNs must be able to read strips. CPAP, BiPAP, and high flow patients. Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend required. Holidays as required. Floating Requirements Will float to all Med/Surg units. 7 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 01/01/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 1.
