Location: East Orange, NJ Status: Full-Time Salary: $63,000 - $66,000 per year Duties and Responsibilities: Conduct weekly intensive in-home services required Provide enhances post-release services for UC who would benefit from intensive, clinical case management services. Ability to provide trauma-informed assessment, crisis intervention, safety planning and other activities to support the safety and stabilization of the placement Encourages children served to express their feelings and discuss what is happening in their lives, and helps them to develop insight into themselves and their relationships. Guides children served in the development of skills and strategies for dealing with their problems. Prepares and maintains all required treatment records and reports. Counsels children, individually and in group sessions, to assist in overcoming dependencies, adjusting to life, and making changes. Acts as client advocates in order to coordinate required services or to resolve emergency problems in crisis situations. Develop and implement treatment plans based on clinical experience and knowledge in conjunction with children served. Collaborates with other staff members to perform clinical assessments and develop treatment plans. Evaluates children served physical or mental condition based on the review of client information. Meets with families, probation officers, police, and other interested parties in order to exchange necessary
