Interim Assistant Nurse Manager, Hospice Administration StartDate: ASAP A California healthcare organization is seeking their next Interim Assistant Nurse Manager, Hospice Administration! The Interim Assistant Nurse Manager, Hospice Administration, will be responsible for the oversite of day-to-day operations throughout the department. This leader will lead, develop, and inspire teams by fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture and will provide coaching, feedback, and growth opportunities that drive engagement and continuous improvement. This leader must strive to drive organizational excellence and adaptability by leading through change, promoting open communication, and implementing best practices that enhance performance and team effectiveness. Seeking an experienced, visible leader with a strong hospice/home health background. Active CA RN license is required. A minimum of two years of customer or member/patient services experience is required. The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation.
