The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining 13-week cash flow forecasts, managing and maintaining the budget, including budget-to-actuals, conducting team and gap assessments, and preparing timely financial reports. Additionally, the Interim CFO will be expected to guide the leadership team with decision support and ad hoc reporting requests. The role is particularly suited to a hands-on CFO with a proven track record, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry, and experience in small to mid-sized organizations. Applicants for the Interim CFO position at the company must have a strong background in financial management, with a focus on budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and financial preparation. The role requires a candidate who is comfortable leading accounting operations and is willing to be hands-on with monthly close support as needed. The ideal candidate will be local to the greater Nashville area and be prepared to be on-site for 3-4 days a week. A commitment to the role for a period of 4-6 months is essential.
