INTERIM Labor and Delivery Nursing Manager

Community hospital needing INTERIM Nurse Manager Labor & Delivery now for Southern California! This leadership role provides oversight for Labor & Delivery and Mother-Baby/Postpartum services, supporting a busy maternity program with approximately 2,000+ annual deliveries and a collaborative care model that includes OB hospitalists, maternal-fetal medicine support, and a dedicated NICU team. The units are well staffed with experienced nurses and focus heavily on quality outcomes, patient experience, and team engagement. This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse leader who enjoys operational leadership, mentoring staff, and maintaining high standards of maternal-newborn care in a community-focused environment—while working in one of the most beautiful coastal regions in Southern California. Hourly Rate - $90- 110/hr depending on experience. Lodging - up to $3,200-3,500 per month Car rental/transportation - up to $300 per week Meals - up to $200 per week Travel/Airfare - up to $900 per month
