We believe: “The Spirit of Living is in the Giving.” We are seeking a “put people first” highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented Interior Design Operations Coordinator to support our growing luxury residential interior design team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves systems and organization, and enjoys being the operational backbone behind exceptional design projects while building team relationships and putting people first. This is not simply an administrative role. This person will help keep projects, communication, timelines, and internal operations moving at a high level across multiple departments. What You’ll Do Design Operations & Project Coordination for the Interior Designers Support multiple active luxury residential design projects simultaneously Track project timelines, milestones, selections, approvals, and deliverables Help ensure projects stay organized, on schedule, and moving forward Maintain project trackers, schedules, and workflow systems Coordinate communication between design, procurement, warehouse, accounting, and leadership teams Team & Process Support Assist in managing day-to-day workflow within the design department Maintain organization of project files, selections, schedules, and specifications Ensure team processes and operational systems are being followed Help identify bottlenecks and operational inefficiencies Support meeting coordination, notes, follow-up items, and accountability tracking Client & Vendor Coordination Professionally communicate with vendors, clients, and trades Follow up on pricing, samples, approvals, and pending information Assist in maintaining a seamless luxury client experience Coordinate timelines and logistics with procurement and warehouse teams Core Responsibilities Technical & Construction Coordination · Maintain accurate project information and organization across all company software systems including: Houzz Pro Shopify Microsoft Office Suite Google Workspace Project management platforms Spreadsheet tracking and reporting systems · Anticipate project bottlenecks proactively and help drive timely solutions · Maintain accountability for project follow-through, communication, deadlines, and completion across multiple active projects Design Development Oversee the projects of selections, specifications, and presentations Support budgeting and scheduling Maintain accuracy across documentation Protect brand standards in every detail Project Execution Track deliverables and deadlines Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams Support installations and styling Keep project documentation clean and organized As your capability increases, so will your ownership.
