Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Interior Remodeler to bring transformative visions to life through expert craftsmanship and innovative design execution. In this role, you will be responsible for executing interior renovation projects that enhance the functionality and aesthetic appeal of residential and commercial spaces. Your expertise will help clients realize their dream environments, ensuring high-quality results that meet safety standards and project specifications. Responsibilities Interpret blueprints, schematics, and detailed construction drawings to accurately execute interior remodels. Install and repair various fixtures, including cabinetry, doors, trim carpentry, and glass shower door installations, ensuring precise fit and finish. Perform demolition, framing, drywall installation, plastering, and finishing work to prepare spaces for renovation. Operate power tools and hand tools safely to complete tasks efficiently while maintaining a clean work environment. Conduct construction inspections throughout each phase of the project to ensure adherence to quality standards and safety regulations. Coordinate with project managers to manage schedules, materials procurement, and on-site logistics for smooth project flow. Utilize construction estimating skills to assist in budgeting and resource planning for remodeling projects. Execute specialized tasks such as drywall finishing, tile work, flooring repairs, Ensure proper caulking, flooring installation, tile laying, minor plumbing, installing light fixtures. Maintain clear communication with clients and team members to keep projects on track while providing excellent customer service. Requirements Proven experience in interior remodeling or related construction fields with a strong portfolio of completed projects. Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction management principles. Hands-on experience with a wide range of tools including power tools, hand tools, heavy equipment operation, and fabrication machinery. Knowledge of plumbing systems, electrical wiring basics, fixture installation, and building codes relevant to interior renovations. Ability to perform construction site inspections diligently while adhering to safety standards at all times. Skilled in various trades such as carpentry (frame carpentry, trim carpentry), drywall installation, tile laying, flooring, door and window installation, base molding and casing installation Familiarity with Housecall pro software or similar digital tools for project documentation is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly to changing project needs or unforeseen challenges.
