Job Overview Join our dynamic construction team as a Construction Specialist, where you'll play a vital role in bringing building projects to life! You'll be instrumental in ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Duties Assist with construction management tasks, including project coordination and scheduling Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate execution of plans Operate heavy equipment and power tools safely across multiple job sites Perform construction inspection duties to verify quality control and adherence to safety standards Execute a variety of trades such as framing, drywall installation, concrete finishing, tile laying, stucco application, and roofing Conduct fabrication and installation of cabinetry, glass, doors, trim carpentry, and hardware fixtures Utilize hand tools and power tools for tasks like caulking, plastering, masonry work, flooring installation, and welding Support restoration projects by performing masonry repairs or structural modifications as needed Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and project specifications Experience Proven experience working on construction sites with a strong understanding of construction processes and safety protocols Skilled in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating techniques Hands-on experience with various trades including carpentry (frame carpentry, door hanging), masonry (concrete forming), roofing (shingle or flat roof systems), and finishing (painting or drywall) Familiarity with heavy equipment operation such as forklifts or excavators is preferred Knowledge of Bluebeam software for digital plan review is a plus Ability to operate hand tools and power tools confidently across different construction tasks Previous involvement in remodeling or restoration projects demonstrating versatility in construction skills This role offers an exciting opportunity to grow your career within a thriving construction environment.
