Supportive Learning: Our program offers extensive shadowing opportunities before taking on a caseload, ensuring you feel confident and prepared. Flexible Schedule: We understand interns juggle coursework and other responsibilities. Our program offers flexible hours to accommodate your needs. Post-Internship Opportunities: Many interns are offered employment after completing their program. You'll be treated as a valued team member from day one, with access to the same onboarding as new hires. Paid Internship Opportunities: Certain intern positions within the organization are paid depending on level of education and field of interest. We offer internships in a variety of departments, including: Outpatient Services - Bachelor's level, Master's preferred. Residential Services - Bachelor's level, Master's preferred. Internships are unpaid unless noted when hired. Lengths vary depending on your program requirements.
