About The Role ZeroRFI is seeking a detail-oriented, analytical Operations Intern to support critical research initiatives in direct collaboration with KP, a member of the leadership team. In this hands-on role, you will work on key projects, help gather and analyze data, and contribute written reports that inform business strategy and decision making. Responsibilities Conduct research on a variety of business topics as assigned by KP Gather, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources Draft written summaries, reports, and presentations on findings Assist with special projects requiring strong attention to detail and critical thinking Take initiative to suggest new research topics as relevant to company strategy Support KP and the operations team with additional administrative tasks as needed Requirements Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Excellent written communication skills Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Ability to manage multiple assignments to deadlines Passion for learning and working in a fast-paced startup environment Benefits Paid internship Direct mentorship and high visibility by working with KP Opportunity to gain hands-on experience in research and operations Collaborative and supportive team environment If you’re eager to build your research and communication skills in a dynamic startup, we’d love to hear from you!
