What You’ll Do Dermalogica is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Planning Intern to join our Supply Chain Planning team. This internship is intentionally structured as a talent pipeline into a Junior Supply Planner role. The intern will work alongside experienced planners, gaining hands-on exposure to day-to-day planning operations, supplier management, and cross-functional collaboration. All work is performed under the direct guidance of management, with progressive responsibility introduced as proficiency grows. Supplier & Purchase Order Management Support the issuance, tracking, and resolution of Purchase Orders (POs) with suppliers under manager guidance. Assist in maintaining PO accuracy and status updates within planning systems. Participate in weekly On-Order Review (OOR) discussions with supplier partners. Learn to reconcile Work Order (WO) discrepancies in collaboration with Finance and Supplier teams. Planning Systems & Operations Develop working knowledge of OPC (Order Planning & Control) to review and monitor order releases. Learn and apply planning parameters using established departmental standards. Support product lifecycle planning and SKU versioning management using Wrike. Understand and begin utilizing planning procedures, reports, and planning applications. Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate with warehouse and quality teams to support the receipt and shipment of goods. Assist with supplier inquiries, escalating complex issues to management as appropriate. Support coordination with internal stakeholders on basic supply-related requests. Projects & Learning Lead or contribute to 1–2 projects assigned by management through to completion. Communicate progress, ideas, and findings to direct management on a regular basis. Document learnings and emerging process observations for team discussion. Required What You’ll Bring Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field. Strong analytical and organizational skills with a high attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines in a collaborative team environment. Preferred Familiarity with ERP or order management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite). Exposure to supply chain or procurement concepts through coursework or prior experience. Interest in process improvement, data analysis, or operations.
