Primary Care Physician (Internal Medicine) Location: New Jersey Job Type: Locum Tenens Overview: A primary care office is seeking a physician to provide outpatient coverage for a maternity leave. This role focuses on adult patient care in a well-supported clinic environment with access to onsite services. Compensation: $180/hr Assignment Details: Start: ASAP Duration: Ongoing (TBD) Schedule: Monday Friday: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM Tuesdays: 8:00 AM 7:00 PM Practice Details: Setting: Outpatient clinic EMR: Athena Onsite laboratory services available Collaborative team with physicians and mid-level support No hospital responsibilities, call, or ED coverage Patient Volume: Approximately 3 patients per hour Patient Population: Adult and geriatric Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care Manage chronic and acute conditions Perform employment physicals and disability exams Interpret EKGs and manage blood pressure/volume-related issues Requirements: Active New Jersey License Required Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine Preferred BLS & ACLS Preferred Must be a local provider Required Credentialing: Expedited credentialing available by Jobble
