We specialize in High end custom, multi-unit residential, remodel, office and restaurant construction. We’re looking for a Internal Project Manager I who can independently lead resdential custom projects and commercial construction projects while operating as a true partner to the client. This role is ideal for someone who understands OR wants to learn design-build delivery. This isn’t a “keep the trains running” PM role—this is about influencing design, solving problems early, and helping shape projects before they become issues in the field. You’ll work in a design-build environment, alongside builders, designers, and homeowners giving you more control, better collaboration, and fewer of the typical disconnects that slow projects down. What You'll Own Full lifecycle leadership of projects—from early design through closeout Direct influence on design decisions, constructability, and value engineering Project financials: budgets, forecasting, change orders, and overall profitability Client relationships—becoming a trusted advisor, not just a project contact Coordination across internal teams (field template, fabrication, crafting, delivery) and external partners Running project meetings and driving accountability across all stakeholders Identifying and solving problems early—before they impact schedule or cost What Makes This Role Different: Design-Build Integration: You’re not reacting to plans—you’re helping shape them Client Exposure: You’ll have direct, meaningful interaction with clients, not filtered communication Real Autonomy: Expected to run projects with minimal oversight—not wait for direction Business Impact: You’re not just delivering projects—you’re helping generate repeat work Project Mix: Strong focus on High end custom work combined with multi family and other residential What You Bring: A client-first mindset with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships Clear, confident communication with clients, subs, and internal teams Experience in design-build environments and working across design + construction teams Background in construction a plus but we can teach anyone willing the rest!
