About The Role Finlayson’s Burleigh is seeking a reliable and organised Internal Sales Team Member to join our busy team in the timber and construction industry. This is a full-time, Monday to Friday role, ideal for someone who enjoys variety, working in a fast-paced environment, and being a key support to operations and sales teams. Responsibilities General office administration and day-to-day support Answering and directing phone calls and emails Data entry, filing, and document management Processing purchase orders, invoices, and delivery dockets Assisting with scheduling, job tracking, and coordination Supporting sales and operations teams with administrative tasks Maintaining accurate records and databases Liaising with customers, suppliers, and internal teams Ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently About You You will ideally have Previous experience in a similar position (idealy in the timber/hardware industry) Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Confident communication skills Customer service focus Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently A proactive, can-do attitude What We Offer Full-time, stable employment Monday to Friday hours – no weekend work!
