Delaware Ave. Philadelphia, PA 19125, USA Description Summary: Identify, establish, and maintain relationships with new high- and mid-level casino customers by providing personal services in regards to promotions, reservations, special events and other customer care needs. Drive growth through telesales outreach to coded and uncoded customers. Identify and acquire qualified new and existing players. In person, telephone, and digital outreach to identified segments of the player database to increase trip frequency, including coded and uncoded customers, and general customer service calls to build relationships and visitation. Identify non carded high- and mid-level players who are currently gaming in the facility and enroll in loyalty program. Ability to extend complimentary services in accordance with the approved comp matrix. Achieves established revenue and reinvestment goals. Reviews player ratings and history to evaluate and make decisions for complimentaries Develops and coordinates marketing programs and events to attract the desired market.
