At Diamond Consultants, we specialize in driving growth for leading telecommunications brands through in-person customer engagement and strategic sales solutions.As we expand our reach in the Fairmont, WV area, we're actively seeking a personable, self-motivated, and dependable Internet Sales Representative to join our local team.This is a customer-facing role--you'll be working in-person with homeowners and residents, helping them understand and enroll in Frontier's high-speed internet and service packages.If you're someone who naturally connects with people, enjoys working directly with customers, and has a passion for helping others find solutions that improve their lives, we want to hear from you.Internet Sales Representative Responsibilities:Represent Frontier's latest internet and telecommunications services to new and existing residential customers.Conduct face-to-face outreach in local neighborhoods to build relationships and generate new service enrollments.Provide exceptional customer experiences by clearly explaining service benefits, answering questions, and resolving concerns.Process service orders, upgrades, and account management tasks accurately and efficiently.Collaborate with team members and managers to meet daily and weekly sales goals.Learn from senior representatives to continually improve product knowledge and customer engagement techniques.Internet Sales Representative Requirements:Someone who is outgoing, approachable, and genuinely enjoys talking to people.A strong communicator with excellent listening skills and a positive attitude.Self-motivated and reliable, with a strong sense of accountability and professionalism.Comfortable working outdoors and meeting people in a residential setting.Organized and punctual, with strong time management skills.Team-oriented but also capable of working independently to reach performance goals.Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but not required--we provide full training.Job Type:Full-time Pay:$900.00 - $2,000.00 per week Work Location:In person.
