Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Internist to donate their time specializing in Family Medicine to join our charitable healthcare organization. As an Internist in our clinic, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. Your work will help improve health outcomes and promote wellness through direct patient care and health education. Duties Conduct thorough medical history assessments and physical examinations for patients of all ages. Manage acute and chronic illnesses, providing evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual needs. Perform procedures within scope of practice. Educate patients on health promotion, disease prevention, medication adherence, and lifestyle modifications. Qualifications Medical degree from an accredited institution with active licensure or eligibility for licensure as an internist or family medicine physician. Demonstrated experience with inpatient and outpatient settings; hospital experience preferred. Knowledge of diverse medical disciplines including psychiatry, endocrinology, cardiology, pulmonology, dermatology, and infectious disease care. Excellent patient service skills with the ability to perform comprehensive physical examinations and patient assessments effectively.
