Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and creative Intern for Designer to join our dynamic design team. This paid internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in interior and architectural design, working alongside seasoned professionals on real-world projects. As an intern, you will contribute to the development of innovative design concepts, assist with drafting and visualization, and support project management activities. Responsibilities Assist in creating detailed sketches, drawings, and 3D models using SketchUp, AutoCAD, Rhinoceros 3D, Revit, and 3ds Max to visualize interior and architectural concepts Support the preparation of presentation materials utilizing Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite to communicate design ideas effectively Collaborate with team members on drafting plans, sections, elevations, and lighting layouts while adhering to project specifications and client requirements Contribute to project management tasks such as scheduling, budgeting support, and tracking project progress Help compile technical documentation including contracts, specifications, and renovation or remodeling plans Participate in site visits for construction or renovation projects to assist with inspections and quality control using Bluebeam and CAD tools Gain exposure to lighting sales strategies, interior design principles, color theory application, and construction processes Experience Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field Proficiency with SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, Rhinoceros 3D, 3ds Max (3ds ), Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Creative Suite is highly desirable Basic understanding of drafting standards, color theory, CAD workflows, lighting design principles, and construction documentation Familiarity with project management tools and concepts such as scheduling, budgeting, and contract preparation is a plus Strong interest in interior design, remodeling projects, lighting solutions, renovation processes, and sales strategies within the industry Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment Join us as an Intern for Designer and immerse yourself in a vibrant setting where your creativity will thrive!
