Part-Time Inventory & METRC Specialist - Solace Meds Dispensary Location:Fort Collins, CO Job Type:Part-Time (24-30 hours/week)Monday, Wednesday, Friday schedule About Solace Meds:Solace Meds is known for delivering the best customer experience in Fort Collins, backed by a knowledgeable team, strong compliance standards, and a passion for the cannabis industry.We take pride in running tight, professional operations--and our inventory team is a critical part of that success.Position Overview:We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Inventory & METRC Specialist to support our dispensary operations.This role is responsible for ensuring all product intake, tracking, and transfers are fully compliant with Colorado regulations and internal standards.If you're the kind of person who catches mistakes others miss and takes pride in accuracy, this is your lane.Key Responsibilities:Receive and check in all product deliveries Verify quantities, COAs, and compliance paperwork Ensure all products meet MED and METRC requirements Enter deliveries into inventory systems accurately Generate and apply METRC tags/barcodes to individual units Maintain accurate, real-time inventory counts Divide and allocate inventory for distribution to other Solace Meds locations Create and manage transfer manifests and required documentation Ensure 100% accuracy on all inventory and transfer activity Communicate discrepancies or issues immediately Qualifications:Active Colorado Marijuana Enforcement Division (MED) Occupational Badge (required to apply) Previous METRC experience strongly preferred Inventory management or dispensary experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and stay focused on repetitive tasks Comfortable with compliance-heavy environments and strict processes Basic computer and data entry proficiency Bonus (Not Required but Valuable):Experience with light accounting duties Prior experience in multi-location inventory management Compensation & Growth:$16.42 hr 30% of tip for hours worked Opportunity for full-time position for candidates with strong METRC accounting experience Work with a respected, established dispensary team How to Apply:Please apply through Indeed with your resume and confirm that you hold an active MED badge.Job Type:Part-time Pay:$16.42 per hour Benefits:Paid time off Application Question(s):Do you have a current MED occupational badge?
