Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Clerk to support warehouse operations by maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring proper inventory control processes.This role plays a key part in tracking materials, identifying discrepancies, and supporting efficient warehouse and purchasing operations.Key Responsibilities:Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels through regular cycle counts and inventory audits Investigate, document, and resolve inventory discrepancies, variances, and root causes Maintain inventory records within ERP/WMS systems with a high degree of accuracy Analyze inventory usage, trends, and turnover to support purchasing and replenishment decisions Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of inventory to maximize efficiency and accuracy Develop, follow, and help enforce inventory control procedures and best practices Communicate inventory issues and findings with warehouse leadership and related departments Qualifications:Previous inventory, warehouse, or logistics experience required Experience working with ERP and/or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to analyze data and identify trends or discrepancies Basic computer skills (Excel, inventory systems, data entry) Ability to work independently and as part of a team #SAVGA.
