Inventory Control Associate Location: Concord, NC (Onsite) Duration: Approximately 8 Months Schedule Monday – Friday 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM Standard 40-hour work week Overtime available (up to 2–4 hours weekly) Job Summary Seeking an Inventory Control Associate to support warehouse inventory accuracy across dry, cold, and freezer environments. This role involves cycle counting, inventory validation, report review, and product movement verification while ensuring accurate inventory records and operational efficiency. Responsibilities Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy across multiple warehouse departments Verify reserve pallet counts and validate inventory locations Review inventory reports and reconcile discrepancies Document product transfers between cooler and freezer areas Ensure inventory transactions are processed accurately and timely Assist with physical inventory and storage documentation Support inventory issue resolution and communicate operational concerns Operate warehouse equipment as needed Maintain safety and compliance standards in varying temperature environments Required Skills 0–3 years of warehouse or inventory experience Strong math and problem-solving skills Ability to read, write, and speak English Strong verbal and written communication skills Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Word and Excel Ability to stand, walk, and work in dry, cold, and freezer environments throughout the shift Ability to lift and move up to 100 lbs with team assistance or equipment High school diploma or equivalent Preferred Skills Experience with PIE inventory system Forklift, Hi/Lo, and ride-along pallet jack experience Experience reconciling warehouse inventory systems Tools/Environment Dry, cold, and freezer warehouse environments PPE for cold/freezer areas provided Steel toe or composite ankle-high boots required on Day 1 Forklift, Hi/Lo, and ride-along pallet jack equipment used on site
