Shift 2nd Shift Description Perform accurate counts & record results accurately and objectively for our daily cycle count process as scheduled. Accurately count and record cycle counts daily. Follow Cycle Count SOP procedures to complete cycle count documentation. Use RF gun scanner to transmit cycle count data. Follow facility safety guidelines while accessing shelves, racks or high storage; wear required PPE. Use material handling equipment properly and per OSHA guidelines. Other duties that may be assigned. Requirements Maintain an excellent attendance record. Successfully pass all safety and equipment-related training, including forklift. Excellent communication skills to communicate with team members, supervisors and related people on other shifts. Ability to spend extended time in a variety of areas including: spare parts maintenance area, freezer, and dry/raw/finished goods inventory storage areas. Proficient in comprehension and written English language. Excellent time management skills. Excellent math skills required. Physical Requirements Typical office environment within a manufacturing plant utilizing computers, telephones and other office equipment. May be exposed to noise (>85 decibels), CO2, and moving production lines. May be exposed to damp, wet, and cold environments. Ability to lift up to 70 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in cold temperatures (0°F to 40°F). Weekend shifts required to meet production demands.
