Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist to join our dry warehouse operations team. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring product accountability, and investigating any discrepancies. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and proactive in resolving inventory issues. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and audits Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, shortages, and overages Monitor inventory transactions and ensure proper documentation Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to improve inventory accuracy Identify root causes of discrepancies and implement corrective actions Ensure compliance with company policies and inventory control procedures Prepare reports on inventory levels, variances, and trends using Excel Qualifications: Previous experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or a similar role Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required) and inventory management systems Ability to analyze data, create reports, and track inventory trends in Excel Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational and communication skills Preferred Qualifications: Experience in dry warehouse or distribution environments Familiarity with ERP or WMS systems What We Offer: Competitive pay Health care coverage Paid time off Opportunities for growth and advancement Stable and supportive work environment Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour Benefits Paid time off Work Location: In person
